Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I
do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto
those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize
of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Phil 3:13‐14
When you have it in you to achieve, enough is not a word you use easily. Achievers never stop at obstacles. Achievers think beyond the present. They focus on the next level. To them everything in the now time has a potential to get better. Nothing is conclusive, but all things have the ability to get better. This is the mindset of faith, which Christians ought to have.
One of the outstanding qualities of success is persistence. In the opening scripture, apostle Paul emphasises to the church of Philippians his persistence to achieve the prize of the higher calling of God in Christ. In this, Paul lets us to know that we ought not to be contented with our yesterday successes, but as achievers, we have to reach forth for things that are higher than the yesterday successes.
You very well know that the Christian faith is built on hope. Scripture says For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Rom 8:24-25.
This is the mind of an achiever. He is motivated by hope. When he has attained something, he has no need to hope for it again, but he aims for higher goals than the present. Winning one soul today does not mean the end of soul winning. There are others to win over. You always ought to hope for better.
Therefore, have the mindset of an achiever in you. Always hope for better and it will help you in exercising your faith. It is what is in you that will be accomplished in your life. As a man thinks, so he is.
The things you believe, the vision you have in you, the thinking you uphold in you, is what will manifest in your life. If you hope for disaster, you will see much of it. However, if you set your heart to hope for good, you will eventually see good coming your way. Use your achieving mentality to hope for better and change the life around you God Bless

I have a mindset of more than a
conqueror. I believe better things,
and better times are coming my
way. All things are working for my
good, for God has good thoughts
towards me to take me to a good
expected end, in Jesus name.
