When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
Psalms 126:1‐2
There are times in our walk of faith when we go through certain trials that feel like they are here to stay. The absurd thing is that we get to dwell in a trouble for sometime that those who see us in it start to recognize us by the trouble we are experiencing. Soon or later, someone tries to explain who you are to someone else by pointing out the troubles in your life. Your mess becomes your identity by which others recognise you.
However, although many may sympathise you in your trial, and others may even mock you while you are trying to make ends meet, know it that God is raising up an audience of witnesses that will testify about your deliverance. God will always leave a people around you for a testimony of witnesses. Your mess may become another person’s message but do not faint at that. They are just an audience of witnesses to your testimony because you are not going to dwell in the trial for long.
In the opening scripture, when deliverance came to Zion it was like a dream. They had stayed in exiles for 70 years. Some had died and others had given up on any form of freedom to ever come their way. They became too familiar with their conditions of hardship that freedom was a fantasy.
In whatever you do while in the trials of your life; do not get too used to them to think of your solution as a fantasy never to be achieved. If God is in it, its not over until He says so. Protect your mind and heart from getting subjected to the mentality of failure your trials. Do not think poor because you have no money. In the midst of your lack, maintain a prosperous thinking. Whatever you maybe going through now know it from today that it will not last forever.
The time of the end of your trouble is drawing nearer by the hour and the moment of your deliverance is not far from you. Whatever you do, uphold the values you believe. Do not give into the pressures of situations to do those things that you will regret. Your trials are not here to stay. While you are in them, remember that in every mess, there is a message to learn; in every test, there is a testimony to tell. Use your time in the trials to learn a lesson.
Confession
I believe all things are working together for my good. God has prepared for me a destiny. Nothing in my life can stop the plans God has for my life. I am a success and an over comer. In everything I experience, I am able to overcome them because I am born of God and I live by faith, in Jesus name.
